• The candidate must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• A minimum grade point average of 95% in high school.
• The university must officially accept the applicant.

The art (which includes painting, sculpture, calligraphy,—applicants must submit a letter summarising their talent, achievements, and awards received along with a link to large-size files. It includes videos and other supporting documents (e.g., on Dropbox or OneDrive).
• To determine the applicants' eligibility and qualifications, the applicant's files will be examined, and interviews will be held. Shortlisted candidates will be the top ones in each talent sector.
• Within six weeks after the online scholarship application deadline, it will issue a first conditional acceptance letter to the candidate outlining the requirements needed to receive the final acceptance.
• After sending the necessary paperwork, international students will be informed when the university has applied for their visas.
